Group counselling can provide an ideal opportunity for people who wish to work on their issues in a safe and containing group environment. This type of counselling provides individuals with a shared experienced guided by an experienced group facilitator.

About Me

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over fifteen years' experience of providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups. I have provided group counselling within a range of NHS and charity settings to people with a wide range of presenting issues.

How I Work

As an experienced group facilitator I am able to provide a safe and containing setting where group members can begin to explore the complexities of their presenting issues within a group environment. I support the group to explore their issues whilst allowing each person an equal share of time to express their deepest thoughts and feelings.

Where I Work

My consultation room is a Central London location in Pollen Street, Mayfair, W1. Pollen Street is just off Hanover Street and behind Regent Street. The nearest underground station is Oxford Circus. Bus routes that stop nearby in Regent Street are - Oxford Circus Stop RC; No's 12, 88, 94, 159, C2 and N3 and a little further back towards Conduit Street Stop M; No's 6, 23, 453, N18, N109, N136.

How to make an appointment
