How I Work
As a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, these includes Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Existential and CBT ways of working. My way of working is to explore your presenting issues in depth, in order to gain a deeper understanding of what the problems are, where they have originated from, and how they can be changed.
